Returns:
Make sure you refer to the Size Chart before placing your order.
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order via Instagram DMs. We're committed to facilitating refunds, reimbursed via bank transfer or wallet, after deducting return shipping costs. Please note that items marked as on sale, discounted, or out of stock are ineligible for refunds under any circumstance.
For a complete refund, items must be returned unworn/unused and in their original condition and packaging. Regrettably, damaged, worn, or unsuitable items cannot be refunded. Every returned item undergoes inspection.
In the event of unsuccessful return pickups due to cancellations or multiple rescheduling attempts, the order becomes ineligible for return or exchange.
Return fees may vary from delivery charges.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days after item retrieval.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange sizes, notify us within 24 hours of delivery via Instagram DMs with your requested change. We'll arrange for a courier on a different day. Please note that items out of stock cannot be exchanged under any circumstance.
In the case of unsuccessful delivery for an exchange due to cancellations or repeated rescheduling, a subsequent exchange won't be possible.
